Shipping

Shipping is now available to Canada and the US. All shipments are made through Canada Post and orders are shipped between 3-5 business days after purchase.

Please note that due to rotating strike action by Canada Post, shipments may face unanticipated delays and I ask for your patience.

If you have any questions or would like to place a non-US International order, please feel free to contact me directly.

    Refunds & Exchanges

    Refunds: If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return the item refunds are accepted as long as items are in original state and packaging with no damage. Shipping returns is the responsibility of the purchaser and refund will not be given until item is received and found to be in original state and packaging with no damage. It is recommended to ship back in the packaging it arrived in. Refunds will be granted via the method items was originally paid for. Refunds are granted no more than 60 days from purchase date.

    Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item I would be happy to do so so long as the item is in its original state and packaging with no damage. Shipping exchanges is the responsibility of the purchaser and exchange will not be given until item is received and found to be in original state and packaging with no damage. It is recommended to ship back in the packaging it arrived in. Exchanges are granted no more than 60 days from purchase date.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items: Due to the custom nature of the artwork, commission paintings cannot be returned. I always include an approval process that will allow you to see and approve a commission painting prior to it being shipped to you. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
